Shipping policy

At Mystic Pines Candle Co. our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the continental USA, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to us are verified and staged for completion within 24 hours after the order is placed. They are made to order products that need sufficient time to cure and complete, which takes an additional 3–5 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our candle company to the destination. We do not offer International shipping at this time.. US orders are shipped by either FedEx, UPS or the USPS, which are our preferred carriers. After processing and leaving our hands, items usually take between 2 and 4 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
